Urgent Care That Feels Personal: No Kiosks, No Waiting Rooms, No Stress
Expert Medical Care for Children and Adults in Epping and Across the Seacoast
Why WanderCARE Urgent Care?
When you or your child are sick, the last thing you need is an impersonal waiting room or a touchscreen kiosk. At WanderCARE, we’ve replaced the "corporate" urgent care experience with a direct, human connection. Whether you visit our Epping office or request a premium house call, you are greeted at the door by Dr. Jo—not a screen.
We provide expert Urgent Care for families in Portsmouth, Exeter, Hampton, Manchester, Epping, Dover, Newburyport, and surrounding towns.
The Urgent Care Membership (All Ages)
Many of our neighbors love their current Primary Care Provider (PCP) but struggle with the lack of accessibility when an immediate need arises. WanderCARE offers a specialized Urgent Care Membership for both children and adults.
This plan allows you to keep your long-term doctor while gaining a "doctor in your pocket" for those unexpected moments. It is faster, more personalized, and more comfortable than any local walk-in clinic.
Why WanderCARE is Different
Personalized Greeting: Forget the check-in line. Dr. Jo greets every patient personally, ensuring you feel seen and heard from the moment you arrive.
All-Inclusive Pricing: Your membership covers it all. All in-office procedures and point-of-care testing (like Strep, Flu, and COVID tests) are included in your membership price. No surprise bills later.
Zero Wait Time: We schedule specifically to ensure that your "appointment time" is actually when you are seen.
Treating the Whole Family: While my heart is in pediatrics, I worked as a general urgent care physician for 10 years, providing urgent services for adults too, making Wandercare a one-stop-shop for a household battling the latest bug.
Better Care, Lower Cost
If you have a high-deductible plan, a single "fast-track" visit to a hospital-owned urgent care can cost upwards of $250—plus extra for every swab or test.
As a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice, WanderCARE eliminates the middleman. By paying a transparent membership fee, you get unlimited access to Dr. Jo for acute needs, with the peace of mind that all testing is already paid for.
What We Treat
We handle the "urgent but non-emergency" needs that derail your week:
Infections: Earaches, Strep throat, UTIs, and Sinusitis.
Viruses: Rapid testing and management for Flu, COVID-19, and Croup.
Injuries: Minor cuts (including suturing and laceration repairs), sprains, and skin rashes.
Respiratory: Asthma flares and nebulizer treatments.
