Whether you visit our boutique office in Epping or choose the convenience of a premium house call in Portsmouth, Exeter, Hampton, Manchester, Plaistow, Dover, or Newburyport, you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for.
Why We Don't Take Insurance
By not billing insurance companies, WanderCARE is able to work directly for you. This is especially beneficial for families with high-deductible health plans who are used to paying out-of-pocket for every visit anyway.
No Co-pays or Hidden Fees: Your membership covers your visits. Period.
Unlimited Access: Text, call, or email Dr. Jo directly without worrying about a bill for every interaction.
Wholesale Savings: Members get access to wholesale pricing on labs and medications, often saving families hundreds of dollars a year.
Our Membership Plans
We offer tiered plans designed to fit your family's needs and budget. All memberships include direct access to Dr. Jo and all-inclusive in-office testing.
We also offer a specialized membership for both children and adults who want to keep their current PCP but desire 24/7 access to Dr. Jo for urgent needs, avoiding the "kiosk and waiting room" experience of local walk-in clinics. This is a very popular option for parents and family members of our pediatric DPC patients!

Non-Member Pricing
WanderCARE welcomes both children and adults for one-time, fee-for-service visits for urgent care or medical consultations.
No need to be a member at the time of service, but if you like our care and decide to become a member during you first visit, we will sign you up for a membership (which starts at only $50 per month)! You will not be charged separately for your initial visit if you do decide to join as a member.
WanderCARE is a direct pay practice.
This means we do not accept or bill insurance. Instead, you pay us directly for your care—either with a membership or fee-for-service.
After your visit, we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Please note that not all insurance plans will cover these services, and WanderCARE cannot guarantee reimbursement.
We can order any necessary outside labs and medications at a discount, just ask!
Telemedicine Urgent Care (up to 30 min): $125
In-Office Urgent Care (up to 30 min): $150
