🩺 Urgent Care Packages
Perfect for families who already have a pediatrician they love, but want easy access to same-day or next-day care when urgent issues arise. Available to both adults and children, parents and any adults in the family are welcome! Discounts are offered when multiple family members sign up together. If you're looking for physician-only urgent care for your whole family without the crowds or unpredictability of traditional clinics, this is a great fit.
🌱 Pediatric Primary Care
This package works well for most families, offering consistent, high-quality care at a discounted price per child. It’s perfect if you want continuity with the same pediatrician, easy access by text or video, and flexibility for in-person care.
🏡 Home Visit Pediatric Primary Care
Designed for families who want the highest level of access and personalized care. Choose this package if you:
Have a newborn or infant, have multiple children, or desire in-home visits for children of any age
Have a child with chronic, behavioral, or complex medical needs who may fare better with in-home care
Prefer more time, more support, and less hassle

Non-Member Pricing
WanderCARE welcomes both children and adults for one-time, fee-for-service visits for urgent care or medical consultations.
No need to be a member at the time of service, but if you like our care and decide to become a member during you first visit, we will sign you up for a membership (which starts at only $50 per month)! You will not be charged separately for your initial visit if you do decide to join as a member.
WanderCARE is a direct pay practice.
This means we do not accept or bill insurance. Instead, you pay us directly for your care—either with a membership or fee-for-service.
After your visit, we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Please note that not all insurance plans will cover these services, and WanderCARE cannot guarantee reimbursement.
We can order any necessary outside labs and medications at a discount, just ask!
Telemedicine Urgent Care (up to 30 min): $125
In-Office Urgent Care (up to 30 min): $150
Includes everything: all labs, testing, procedures, medications.
In-Office Urgent Care (over 30 minutes): $200
Includes everything: all labs, testing, procedures, medications.
In-Office Consultation (60 minutes): $200
One-time Home visit (30 min radius from Epping): $300
Sports, School, or College Physicals (in-office): $25
Pricing includes all in-office testing, treatments, procedures, and forms- No additional bills!
