Pediatric Direct Primary Care

At Wandercare Pediatrics, we offer a modern, personalized approach to children’s health through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model.

A direct care practice means we don’t bill insurance. Instead, you pay us directly, allowing us to spend all the time needed to truly get to know you, your children, and your family. This approach lets us provide the most personalized, attentive care without the rushed visits, copays, hidden charges, or surprise after-visit bills that often come with traditional care.

You can still use your insurance for services outside of WanderCARE—such as seeing specialists, Emergency Room visits, X-rays, lab work, or filling prescriptions. With direct care, you get the best of both worlds: a trusted pediatrician who knows your family and is always there when you need them, plus the freedom to use your insurance where it matters most.

For more information on direct care, see our FAQs.

Your membership includes all well-child checks based on the American Academy of Pediatrics schedule, as well as all sick, chronic condition management, behavioral and developmental screening, and urgent care visits.

We take time to truly know your child and family, with one-hour well visits and 30 to 60-minute sick visits that are never rushed.

Services include newborn home visits, prenatal consultations, lactation support, vaccines, and physicals for school, sports, travel, and camp.

We also provide ongoing care for chronic conditions and support for mental and behavioral health.

Visits are in-home, in-office in Epping, NH, or virtual.

With direct access to your pediatrician by phone, text, or email, and help coordinating with specialists when needed, Wandercare makes compassionate, expert care more accessible than ever.
